As we inch ever closer to the holiday season, this little mom and pop glass shop has to be realistic about how many orders we can have made, fired, and delivered by December 25th. We have grown quite a bit in 2015… but we are not interested in outsourcing any of our creative work. We love the ideology of the small, sustainable family owned and run operation. We are not driven to become business managers or employers (beyond the help we get from our own kids, of course!), and therefore are free to focus on designing and creating art in our humble little glassblowing studio. And that’s really what life is all about, right? Do what you love, love what you do. And thanks to a strong and supportive global customer base, we feel blessed to be living the dream!

But producing quality glass art and gifts for the masses takes time. We still insist that each piece we make is individually hand crafted and one-of-a-kind. And in actuality, this may very well be the last year that FTG can offer a co-op discount to those looking to organize a group buy. So we want to be able to fill as many as possible!

If your group or organization would like to place a co-op order, and you will need your order delivered in time for the holidays, please place your order no later than Saturday, November 7th. You will receive a paypal invoice by Sunday 11/8 that is due upon receipt. If your payment is received in full by Monday 11/9, we guarantee your package will be delivered in time to then distribute the orders to their recipients before the holidays. (US and Canada only!) Any bulk order received after that date, or paid later than the 11/9 deadline, will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis until we feel the need to cap the co-op orders in order to focus on regular retail holiday sales. Depending on how many groups get their orders in before the deadline, there is a very good chance that after Nov. 7th, we will not be able to take any more co-op orders until 2016.

Here is a breakdown of the deadlines:

Saturday, November 7 – last day to place co-op orders

Sunday, November 8 – Paypal invoices sent out

Monday, November 9 – deadline for payment

Saturday, December 12 – guaranteed delivery! (US and Canada only)
