This year, we are trying something new with how we offer co-op discounts. In the past, I have taken on too much and left myself tired and overextended during the holiday season. But I wanted to continue to offer this opportunity to groups who are able to organize a bulk order. So this time around, we will only be taking on a few co-op orders. And we will be opening the co-op season earlier, too. But if your group or organization can get your order in, you are really going to like how we are doing discounts this year!

- 10 or more pieces = 10% OFF!
- 20 or more pieces = 20% OFF!
- 30 or more pieces = 30% OFF!
- 40 or more pieces = 40% OFF!
Now that you know how deep our discount offer is going to be this year, you see why we will only be able to take on a few groups! We will begin taking co-op orders on Oct. 1st, and close the co-op season when we reach our limit. How many groups we can take on depends on how big the orders are that come in. In order to maximize your potential savings, try to get the word out to your group or organization soon!
Here is some more info about how our co-op discount program works:
A “co-op” is a cooperative effort on the part of a group or organization to place multiple orders together as one bulk order. This process saves us time and money spent on shipping, handling, and correspondence. We are then able to pass those savings onto you!
Each group should have a designated host, who assumes the responsibility of being the contact person for their group, gathering the payments, placing the order, paying the balance, receiving the order, and distributing them to their respective customers.
Custom requests will be considered. Those and any other questions should go directly to the host, who will then contact us.
All of our pendants and ornaments are eligible for this discount. (Glass sculpture, silver chains, custom beaded necklaces, and incense burners are not eligible, but can be shipped along with a co-op order to save on postage fees.)
Shipping info
Shipping on Co-op orders is FREE! All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class, and you will be provided with proof of shipment, but USPS is unable to offer detailed tracking on 1st class int’l orders. (If you would like to add an upgrade to Priority Int’l shipping in order to track your package, please let me know and I will get a quote for you. Any extra fees charged by customs is the recipient’s responsibility.)
How do I place our order?
Once you have enough interest to meet the minimum requirement (10 pieces), you can go ahead and place your group’s order. Just send it to [email protected] either in the body of an email, or as a pdf, whichever is easiest for you. We will then create an itemized invoice via PayPal and send it to you. Once we have received payment in full, we will begin making your pieces.
How long will it take?
This depends on how many pieces are in your order, and how involved they are. Some of our pendants are highly detailed designs, and those will obviously take more time to make than our more simple designs. It usually takes us about 2-3 weeks to fill a large order, but we will be able to give you a more accurate time frame once we actually see the order.
We do our best to keep in touch during the process, and keep you updated with our progress.
If your order includes any custom beaded necklaces (not included in the discount, but ships with the discounted pendant), this may take an additional week to ship.
